The con terra support team is there to help you should you ever have an unforeseen problem using software that you acquired from con terra.
Before contacting our technical support hotline, please ensure that you have access to both the computer and the software with which the problem arose. You should also be able to provide answers to the following questions:
- Which software and which software version are you using?
- What hardware are you using?
- What operating system are you using and which service packs do you have installed?
- What happened and what were you doing when the problem occurred?
- If an error report was displayed, what was the precise wording of the report?
- What attempts have you made so far in resolving the problem?
